I will 2nd and 3rd the oregano oil in helping you. My sweetie has always been prone to sinus infection. Here lately it had gotten really bad for her so she went and got a 10 day round of Antibiotics . No help whatsoever. I found reading on oreganol here and on Amazon. She gave that a go as well as the sinu-orega nasal spray. It's been 2 weeks and no more sinus infection! She takes 6 drops 2-3 times a day in a veggie cap. I'm not prone to sinus infection but decided to try it myself. My fatigue is now gone, I bounce outta bed most mornings and feel far better than I can remember ever feeling. Both of us can think clearer now, brain fog lifting after years. A lot of our general overall pain has subsided too.
