I had really good results from taking Liposomal Vitamin C. I used lecithin, ascorbic acid, and an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner to mix them. I was able to get down almost 30g during my most intense day, and there was full absorption and no diarrhea. It supposedly absorbs better than IV injections. Did give me heart palpitations though...or maybe that was something else? Maybe it mobilized lead and caused calcium issues? Not sure.

Anyways, I was great with taking 12g+ a day, but stopped because it's less work to take the C with di-hydro-quercetin that NP recommends for the chelation.
