Recently, I went to a dentist and she said that, I have a mild periodontal disease. I started doing oil pulling with organic coconut oil everyday in the mornings, and with sesame oil in the evenings. You have also mentioned that, you took lot of vit C. I would like to know in what form did you take vitamin C. Thanks in advance and greatly appreciated!
