CFS used to cause me problems too. At 100mg I was a slug for two weeks. Since then I have sustainable energy. No sudden, jittery bursts but energy to do everything I set out to do in a day and I wake up feeling rested and ready.

I took several salt pushes a day in the beginning.

My adrenals seemed to sort themselves out with no extra attention with Iodine and the companions.
