Thank you so much for all this information.. I definitely have a lot to try out now.

My sinuses/lungs seem to be fine.. I do have a little bit of difficulty taking a full deep breath but I do not get coughing, colds, sinus infections or phlegm. Most my issues pretty much relate to chronic fatigue, low blood Sugar and now this throat tightening/difficulty swallowing.

Have you found that your difficulty swallowing is at all related to food allergies ? I suspect mine might be since eating certain foods makes the throat tightness much worse (like dairy products).. and also that it seems to flare up, then kind of go away sometimes.
