-Yes JT is right. I forgot about this lately as my temperature is steady 98.6 and higher, used to be as low as 96 ish when I was hypo T.
Bot AF and hypo T can cause low temperature, I treated both at the same time with Iodine & co for the thyroid and licorice root and vit C for the Adrenals.

When the temperature is as low as 97 ish (usually even lower in the morning) -the enzymes doesnt work well; and without them the convertion of hormones doesnt work well either.
I had great effect of enzymes the first years of Iodine (a mixture of different enzymes) + zinc and magnesium that are needed in 300 or so enzyme processes.
