Hi,

can someone help me out here? i want to start taking a complex b vitamin and since they work better together they should be taken in balanced amounts. does this mean if one b vitamin in the supplement is 100 mg then the rest should be too? because if that's the case then there aren't any complext supplements that are balanced. can someone explain what is meant by the b vitamins all being balanced in a complex supplement, i.e. how much of each b vitamin should there be?
