So, this is like a vaginal yeast infection but is on the outside as well? When I was fighting my full-blown candida I would get itchy down there, and if you make a paste of aluminum free baking soda (bob's red mill at health food markets for like, $3) with water and rub on it, see if that helps. I actually put some inside too, and you can douche with baking soda - it did not burn for me and did the trick. Baking soda is extremely anti-fungal and will not hurt you - it is very alkaline and maybe this is why it helps.

Someone told me - and be careful if you try this - but they used raw apple cider vinegar on the outside labia area for a fungal infection and it burned like hell but killed it on contact.

Candida will and does mutate into a stronger organism when you bombard it with antifungals but don't follow any other protocol to weaken it so it will die (like sweets, bread, alcohol, etc.
