well, my body was telling me to go to sleep! and today, without any iodine, it is really wanting to pass out so..I am not sure what that symptom could mean other than the obvious.

What do u suggest based on what u read? I am tired today! And I'm craving not so great foods again...and having hot flashes. yuck! I'm def not old enuf for those yet.

I also have a dull headache and some killer brain fog.
