Hey guys, the boards have been quiet for the last while. I really think we need to keep on track and keep fighting this 100% Interacting with eachother and suggesting things that have helped you or you've read about! I'm sure we've all read up a lot of stuff that could help one another. All we can do is keep trying! Right now I'm on a 7 day Water Fast followed by many flushes and the candida/low fodmap diet while taking supplements! Tell me what you're trying right now! Would love to know.
