Hi Guys,
Thanks you again for all your help. I will pass all this info on to her and my sister, she doesn't live with me. Hopefully they will listen, I am a true believer in natural health and healing. She did stop smoking, just recently so hoping she doesn't go back to it.
I know she takes 10,000iU OF vitamin D3.
She will be 83, it is so sad because she has such a long life line...cousins and aunt living close and over 100 years of age.
Also will be looking into this book for her.
