Would you know the amount of Magnesium and what form for her. She is deficient in it and takes a small dose daily.
And also how much vitamin c and what type.

I know she was a smoker for over 50 plus years and just quit. She is not over weight, and is allergic to milk and eggs since being a baby. (Just a little history on her).
