thanks for the list - today I bought oregano oil capsules 400mg and the oil also to put on my scalp [diluted] and olive leaf powder. As soon as I have more cash to spare i will get the ALA.

Sugar I've avoided for sometime accept for recreational drinks, lager, wine or spirit. I occasionally use Xyitel and have probiotics daily and a whole bulb of garlic.
