trapper - my husband and i were astonished that my children (8, 6, 3) came to us asking for it. It was awkward but I obliged! I want to start dropping it into their juice a little instead of just their wrists.

How do I make sure they are on the companions? It is hard to get little ones to swallow stuff. Is there an better form of the supps and which ones do the kids absolutely need?

also, I have read the dosing for children but it says to only give a couple of drops 3 times a week. Is that right?
