i did The Master Cleanser for 40 days; it gave me the best feeling i every had in life. first i educated myself by reading the book by stanley burroughs, then i remembered my grandmother always saying that "god put all types of natural things in place to help your body". i loved her old fashion remedies.
its was fun seeing and feeling results daily. my energy at 45 made me feel like 20. i worked out daily walking, dancing, and weight training. my reason for the cleanser was to detox my body. i have never used medication and never want to go that route. master cleanser is more than just a Lemonade Diet ; it can turn ones life around by realizing your body needs better treatment. i did lose weight about 35 pounds and kept it off because i changed my eating habits. i plan to do a 10 day fast every 4 months.
the cost is affordable; i purchase the best products. also, the book is excellent for beginners seeking a more healthy life style. it took $6.50 to change my thinking on maintaining a healthy body.
