The whole listed organs can be covered by
a single Su-jok scheme on Lower Core meridian:
--- it crosses location of pancreas and kidneys
--- regarding anemia and autoimmune problems, Core meridian
is for deep-rooting problems which correspond to the nature
of bone marrow.

The scheme is simple enough for self-treatment: can be done on palm or on finger joint, by taping natural crystals onto, optionally with heating of taped crystals by several incense sticks tied together.
