Correct me if I'm wrong.....Did you mention how Zinc is important for those with estrogen dominance? I had the Mirena in 2008-2009 and my symptoms have returned. I believe I have estrogen dominance and was told I have hypothyroidism and low adrenals...Do you suggest I take Zinc and Iron? I do have both. I just want to feel better. Thnks!!!
