I guess I'm also wanting to know if my pituitary and thyroid glands even know how to work after ~7 years of medication?

More than anything I'd love to naturally restore homeostasis. I'd love for my body to run perfectly NATURALLY and at this point I'm up for trying anything. I am seriously ready to make any dietary and lifestyle changes that I need to.
