I am willing to research and consider anything at this point. Over the past few years I had concluded that a lower carb diet was the best one based on research, but IDK. It seems that I feel better when eating that way, but it could be that I'm so out of it physically that any wholer food type diet brings relief.

ITA with you Chris about tapering down the meds. I've already weaned off the Wellbutrin and am taking half the amount of Celexa. You mentioned trying to find out of Iodine deficiency was the underlying cause of my thyroid issues...how would I go about doing that? My DH is a military officer, so I'm stuck with military medicine. It's not entirely bad, but they definitely believe in medicating VS. educating!

Again, you all are NOT wasting your time. I am a firm believer in listening to those who "have it together"! TY!!! :)
