This might not be any help, certainly not with all your other symptoms, but I had 'twitching' going on my my eyelashes - sort of figured it was some sort of dust mite. Anyway, I got rid of them by using Seabreeze for sensitive skin - got some facial tissue, poured a littl Seabreeze on it, wiped my whole face, and then my closed eyes. It will sting a little if it gets in the eye, but in a matter of days those pesky creatures, whatever they were, were gone.
