i use realsalt for every salt purpose. that doesnt mean its right, it just means that i do this to simplify things and also to remain consistent with what i teach others to do. that way, if i run into a problem i can sound the alarm to others and change what i teach.

i like a lot of salt on my food and use half strength of the Water Cure formula(1/8 a teaspoon per quart instead of the full 1/4 teaspoon) in all my drinking and cooking water. i have not needed to salt load since doing this. however, salt is self limiting. if you start licking salt and drinking plenty of water behind it you will reach a point that the salt will not taste good. your body is telling you that it has enough.

some people have cured their high blood pressure with one simple change - switching to realsalt in their diet. refined and heated salt takes on harmful characteristics. salt is also essential for hydration. to avoid salt is to avoid a life giving substance. not a good idea.

i am going to post on salt and i am also contacting realsalt to determine about this radiation rumor.
