Second day. Last night had a really vivid dream which I still remember today. Normally I forget dreams after waking. I did wake up feeling like a had a great sleep. Despite getting up at 3am to use the toilet.

Today I felt more positive than I have in a long while. Not sure if this is the bio tuner or some other factor (e.g. food, sleep, weather)? I was able to do more around the house, don't feel the need to over-indulge in food, and haven't felt like drinking alcohol at all.
