When it comes to R+LA how to use that in the chelation regime? Currently I am at 200mg DMSA and 100mg ALA (about every - 2 hour when treating Lyme, which is almost every day now). Would I just add in the R+LA with the already ALA or substitute some of the dosages, or do both?

I have also made Vervaine Mead which was excellent, but my current yeast load did not like the ferment. I've tried it with vodka as well, but my body really doesn't like even some drops of alcohol because of flare ups etc. How can I get both Vervaines in me from the vodka based, without getting the flare ups?
