those strong headaches could be caused by A.suum larva/cyst - read Newport's description:

I always get a strong headache when I treat this and many times I thought they are gone only to find out there's more and pretty huge ones - as Newport says, some of them have to be manufactured in lab factories and takes a long time to get rid of those
