Yes, Iodine will help. Terry Naturally has a product called Iodine co-factors that has riboflavin, niacin, magnesium and selenium in a convenient capsule. She should take 3 of those. Salt loading is a must, especially if she's been using bromide containing inhalers. She can put the salt in capsules. She can easily get the empty capsules and capsule filler on line. I like Cap-M-Quik fillers because you can do 50 capsules at a time.
