Thanks to everyone who has contributed - I can't reply to each one right now, but I appreciate the posts and am reading them all.

Ginagirl - thank you so much, I have so appreciated your input. That pounding palpitation that makes it hard to sleep is exactly what I was having. I've taken your advice and cut Calcium/D (in addition to all Bs, and actually all of my supplements for now) and I think that is already making a difference. The night before last I slept for 6 hours!!!! That hasn't happened for weeks! Last night and today felt a bit worse again, but still, having one good night and feeling better yesterday has been incredibly encouraging.

Thanks for the all of the info on the boron/borax in your other post, I'm reading all of that - fascinating stuff. I'm feeling like I need a break off everything for a bit first, then I'm game to give it a go.

Yeah, I look forward to shortening my supplement list.
