Maybe the saturated fats? (meat and coconut oil) Not really sure why you should be having so much gallbladder things going on. Try giving up some of the saturateds and the nuts for a few weeks and see if things right themselves. What kind of nuts are you eating? I can't touch nuts but walnuts and pecans on occasion. Some people don't do that hot with the nuts, could be a number of things or one of many but the only way to find out is eliminating for a bit. Try some fresh squeezed lemon juice every morning and add to your water, drink. See how it goes. I wish you well! =)
