This is the second day using the Bio Tuner.

I had quite a few sessions last night. Went to sleep as normal. Had a weird dream, and woke up sleep-walking in the kitchen at 3am! At the time the dream was quite clear, but I can't remember it now. I used to sleep walk when I was young, but never past the age of 12.

I woke up about the same as normal. Normal for me is a bit lethargic and some stiffness in my back.

Normally I hate going outside unless there is a reason, but this morning I had breakfast outside.

Had one more session before work, didn't feel quite the same as the first time. Today at work I feel very spacey, in a relaxed kind of way. It almost feels like I've still got the Bio Tuner on.

I've been using setting 3 during every session.

I'll keep posting my Bio-Tuner results here for the next three weeks.
