Hi,
I read this and just did my first oil pull with coconut oil at bedtime. I'll continue doing it in the mornings and see how it goes.

My main reason for writing is to ask if you are saying the chastberry is what gave you a clear mind? I would pay any price for that! If it is I'll try it today. I too am fairly healthy with crazy hormones and a foggy mind and general sluggishness.
