I just purchased a SOTA Bio Tuner BT7. And this is my first use. I was very skeptical about buying it. And tried desperately to find negative feedback on the net. The majority of feedback I found was positive, yet I was still a skeptic.

The only way I can describe it is like someone threw a glass of ice cold water onto my brain. It woke me up from a brain-fog instantly. As soon as the 20 minute timer turned it off I immediately switched it back on.

After two sessions (40 minutes) on setting 3 (7.83 hz) I was left feeling very relaxed, yet thinking clearly.

I remember there is an exercise to test which side of the brain is being used by seeing which nostril is constricted. Normally my right nostril is always constricted, meaning I use my left brain. After using the BT7 I noticed both nostrils were free, meaning both sides of the brain were being used.

From a former skeptic I'm now happy I've got this device. And can't wait to see the results after a few weeks.
