I found out the hard way that I do not tolerate ACV, it actually made me worse [my GI tract] so that idea is out for me. Then, I tried lemon juice, and even that seemed to be a problem for me at this time. I need to get onto HCl first, and later add Lemon juice, and bitters, and work on these 3 things.
