Perhaps you are only looking for success stories, but my experience doing the entire program, diet, supps, sauna, etc did not seem to do a thing, and I did it faithfully for a year in a half with no change in my numbers and felt no different. I was oh-so hopeful and ever so confidant that it would work, though it does work for so many people.

It is a long term approach but it was time for me to move on and commit to other types of therapy, ones that were more focused to my needs.

It sounds as though you may be detoxing.....
