You'd be proud of me Uny if you could see my 5 yr old taking her tinctures. She really doesn't like the blood detox tincture,so I give it to her first. I put it in a teeny shot glass with juice. She's full of attitude at first but I don't react,I simply and calmly giver her the option: herbs or doctors...so she drinks :) what's weird,she doesn't suck them down like I recommend. She takes little sips and swishes (I think you and her would get along!). After she's done,she's soo proud of herself and I give her plenty of praise. Then I say ok,echinaccea is next. And she says "yes!that's the easy one"!!! LoL. And she always says stuff like "when I grow up,I'm going to put coffee in my bum" aanndd she says that to strangers. Just imagine the looks I get! I love my little side-kick!
