The faint pink mark on the lower part of your arm? It looks like it's healing ok. Are there any blisters or weeping? It doesn't look infected or necrotic. You could make a poultice of activated charcoal and ground flax seed and apply to a bandage and then tape bandage to the spot. It will draw out any toxins or infection.

Lots of spiders can bite. Wolf spiders will certainly ... they can jump too. They can cause ulcer like wounds. My dog was bit when she was a puppy one night when we first got her. I took her outside the front on a leash to go potty and all of a sudden she yelped. I went to her to her but couldn't see anything amiss. A few days later, I noticed she had a sore on her little bare belly with an indented ulcer appearance. I put some ichthammol ointment on it with a bandaid (which she managed to get off) but it must have stayed on long enough to do the trick because it began to heal after that. When I took her to the vets for her checkup, I asked about it and the vet said that it might have been a wolf spider bite. But she did say those bites usually clear up ok with just antibacterial ointment.
