Hello Everyone,

Thought I'd provide a quick update! Today is day 7 of my Water Fast - I'm SO proud of myself!!! :)

Besides general weakness, no other major issues. Hunger does pay me a visit once in a while but I drink carbonated water and the hunger says goodbye right away. The only other thing is HEART BURN - OMG it was painful yesterday! It was just this one whole day - on day 6. I then had a bowel movement at 6 am in the morning :o .... I had not expected to have this after 7 days of not eating anything!! May be that is why the heart burns occurred! Today I'm fine!

The weight loss is going well but I lost 2 lbs each day for the first 6 days but this morning was a loss of only 0.7 lbs :( ...... I guess my metabolism is slowing down. Any other people out there whose weight loss slowed down after the first week? Kindly update me and then maybe I will not feel like I am doing something wrong!

So far, lost 10 lbs in 7 days!! I am HAPPY and will continue on...
