"You said large doses of vitamin B made your palps worse. What about my sublingual B12 and the ATP Cofactors (B2 and B3), do you think I should stop those to see if that would help my heart palps?"
Yes I would stop it for a week or two. Vitamin B was the supplement I suspected least of all. It doesnt have to be in your case, but it could save you a lot of trouble. It took almost a week without the B before the palpitations ceased. (typical for vit B overdose palps for me was a deep pounding palpitation I almost could hear; and it made me unable to sleep) I still get them if I overdo it.
In general I would take all the B s as they work together. Also stop all, you can always put it back on your list.
Your diet seems great, you will manage a week or two without problems.
Boron / borax you will find a post just below that give you the start info you need. It is the most effective remedy for frequent urination I know of, it take as little as 2-3 days before it works. Enuresis in a young girl; borax + Iodine in juice worked overnight.
Your supplement list is as long as mine once was; I have now way simplified it. This makes it easier to know what causes what.
Yes I would try SSKI . In my case I have only tried Lugols; I needed to get over 60 mg daily before the good things happened. Now I am over 100 mg; 4 years of high dosages has only made me healthier.
ps, edit; I would not go for a multivitamin; there is always to little or much of something in them. Almost always calcium, vit B etc + often contains fillers, binders and additives that inhibit uptake. It is much more work with taking everything seperately; but it is worth it IMO.
