Hi, I followed all your posts when I read you were starting the HCG. Congratulations on you amazing weigh loss. I wanted to follow someone who sounded like me. I love that you are a christian. So am I but even prayer isn't getting my weight off. I am about 10 yrs younger then you with a few less problems but they seem to be increasing daily.

I lost weight on Atkins 11 yrs ago. About 5 yrs ago it came back double. I gained 40 lbs really fast. Now even the Atkins doesn't seem to be working. There is every reason for me to believe I have a yeast problem, so I started coconut oil, oregano oil, garlic, betonic and fiber and also a yeast defense pill. After losing before on Atkins, this time I have gained 3-4lbs. I have only been on the yeast treatment for 4 days but I gain one of the lbs since then. It is dismal and I feel even more foggy then ususal. I am always very foggy.

Your posts are giving me hope. I'd like to try HCG. I will read all that I can on it. Can you tell me which brand(plan) you used? Where did you buy it? I want to make sure I get the exact same one. All of your posts are very informative.Part of me feels that we are very much alike. I too have been having anxiety, and general lousy all the time don't feel like getting up for some years now. I have teenagers so that is not an option. Oh yeah hormones are horrible(mood swings, depression, anger etc...) At least if I can get the weight off it will be one less major burden.
