Laredo, how well does quercetin (with bromelain?) work in reducing high histamine? I'm willing to try it to keep my high histamine symptoms in check (maybe it's what is causing my unrefreshing sleep/insomnia too!) until I can get my liver decongested or is quercetin another supplement that requires healthy liver function to work?
