Hi, Hv and everybody

I just bought a bottle of krill oil capsules (Now Foods 1000mg).

(1)Should I take this with meal or on empty stomach?

(2)Is it ok to take this krill oil together with coconut oil?

Any input to maximize the effectiveness will be appreciated.
