Thanks Guko! I appreciate the info and links, I will check into these!

I used to take a different multivitamin/mineral supplement, but then switched to Optivite P.M.T. (http://www.optimox.com/pics/Optivite.html) for the female issues - and then the other stuff is mostly what my naturopath suggested. Still playing around to find the right balance in all this.

I have heard about turmeric, but not bacopa. Thanks!

I do have reactions to fragrances and smoke, and while I don't typically hang around dead bodies covered in formaldehyde, I can assume I would not react well to that either, LOL - never heard of molybdenum, interesting!!!! Thanks for the links.
