Thank you for explaining . Certainly it made a difference and if you like found a more solid foundation to stand in and on to Later weather some storms . The lower back and hip problems were resolved only after a few sessions. Unfortunately the clinic and NSA practioner folded and there isn't anyone else in the city! I'm in England where perhaps there's fewer practioners on the ground. It did seem from the other clients that peoples receptivity were different..some at different stages of the programme too. it's quite an intriguing practice one which proved beneficial even in the short term and not only in terms of physical, like you mention it can shift some of that emotional garbage, my breathing changed from shallow to nice deep full breaths on it's own accord automatically and overall felt more at ease and relaxed.
