I apply coconut oil and rub rub rub... The dead skin tends to literary fall off. Don't over do it if you try this, just put it on and massage your lips. When you feel you can try rubbing the oil off with a wash cloth.
Coconut oil contains an anti bacterial (helpful if it is part of a bacteria thing, it softens and absorbs real well also.)
