it needs to be put on cd and that would cut the costs and the price. problem is, you cant spend time with a cd like you can a book. for retention, a book is imperative. and it would still cost a lot more than five bucks to print, but less overall than shipping paper. a download through a website using paypal is how i am publishing a book right now.
