Awesome, thanks for your continued updates! You've definitely saved me a lot of time and suffering. I'm probably back to about 90-95% now, consistently.

It used to be one day to the next was random as to how I was going to feel. Now, I'm pretty even. And this has been since going on (very) low levels of the copper detox regimen a month or two ago.

The big thing for me now is sleep. If I can get to bed early enough to get a good night's sleep (probably not going to happen tonight - lol), then I do so, so much better.
