Laredo, thanks for the update on your situation! I hope I can see the positive results you are seeing very soon.

In your experience, is the niacin flush test (50mg) accurate for determining your histamine levels?

I'm thinking of grabbing a bottle of niacin for this very purpose, that and its good for cholesterol too so I can use it once I've unclogged my liver. Still waiting for the methionine powder to be delivered but have everything else.

I just can't believe most of the supplements I've been taking so far have ended up as waste products in my body because my liver can't process them. I'm so glad melatonin works though!
