can u plz update me with the current status of this patient.
My 2 year son is facing the same trouble.. he's been diagnosed with macrosytic RBC but his Folate is normal ... but B12 is 5000. i never heard of B12 with such high value.

plz guide me in the light of your case. can excess of B12 causes macrocytic blood cells???
