Just checked my saliva neuroscience test results are 2 years old.

Histamine was tested,my score was 11 (optimal was 10-20.

So sounds like i was in the low range.

That was 2 years ago,maybe mine has got lower since that test? is it possible i could be high now?

Is the saliva test reliable anyone know?

I just read it is more accurate than blood on one site.
