I am 42 and have schizo. You need to have a car or motorcycle or scooter or bicycle to get out of the house more. Exercise might be a top priority. A good nearby gym for $20 to $30 a month that has new treadmills and free yoga classes would be perfect investment. People use to walk 3 to 5 miles a day, and when you do you will be surprised how great it is. Treadmills with a 12 to 15 degree incline 2.5 to 3 mph gets you in the zone within 40 to 50 minutes. Yoga class is going to lift your mood so much. If you have the ocean nearby then go. I always say a trip to the beach with a 10+ minute salt water soak is so good its like putting your head in the washing machine, no more head like a haunted house! Next time you are going to a major city, use TripAdvisor.com and read the reviews to pick the most popular things to do, places to stay, and restaurants to eat. diet, if you can buy wild alaskian salmon in season, OMG those omega 3 oils get into your head, liver, kidneys within 24 hours and you will be amazed how they are 100x stronger then the "dead" pills/supplements. cheers. Boris.
