Probably...
Most people who have lived in a modern environment have some kinds of toxic elements in their body.

My point was that to think positive thoughts and to try to reframe your past experiences is not going to help you eliminate these toxins from your body... The human body functions like a machine, and if there are blockages in it, it won't function properly. Constructive action is the key to rebuild great health. Wishful thinking and not facing the truth is the best way to stay sick, obstructed, toxic, parasited...
