Thanks for your reply. I am getting my B's in my multi liquid. In the past I have tried higher doses on the B's and made me feel worse. As for the Vitamin D3, a few years back I had that tested. I was at that time taking D3 and tested out on the high end..around 80 and at that time I was still dealing with my depression. I don't think Vit D is an issue with me.
